Just a note to say thank you for your excellent service and getting another driver to pick us up on Christmas. He was very kind and helpful, especially since he helped push another car that was stuck in our neighborhood out of the snow so we could get by. Unfortunately our flight was cancelled that night and we had to stay in a hotel in Portland. We had a very bad experience with .......... Your service has been consistently reliable and courteous over four years of many trips to and from the airport. Beyond just the basics of any dependable business, your obvious respect for those you deal with made it a pleasure to ride with you and soon made me feel that we were friends. I remember your making an extra trip when I left a bag in your van. I remember stories about your family and also silent rides when you could tell I was exhausted from traveling. In short, Eagle Shuttle is much more than just another ride to the airport.
